The approved deposit methods on pq77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made through any method other than the approved ones will not be accepted and will be the sender's responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.

4.3 Transaction Errors

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on pq77 receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, you must place ৳30,000 in bets before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Certain games may contribute fully or partially toward bonus wagering.
• The maximum bet amount using bonus funds may be limited.
• pq77 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

pq77's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a weekly cashback of up to 0.5%, the Silver tier up to 1.0%, and the Gold tier up to 1.5%. 6. Gameplay Rules & Fairness

9. Account Suspension & Closure

9.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time through the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance before the account is closed, provided all wagering requirements have been met.

10. Limitation of Liability

pq77 is not liable for any financial losses arising from gaming activity. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis and no express or implied guarantee of suitability for a specific purpose is given.

pq77 will not be liable for any period during which a game is unavailable due to a service disruption by a third-party software provider. In an extreme situation, the maximum liability will be limited to the balance held in the relevant account.
